Reconstructed explores transformation through the processes of cutting, rearranging, and rebuilding. Each piece begins as an original mixed media work created using acrylic paint, sometimes collage, drawing materials, and a variety of mark-making techniques. The work is then divided into geometric components, attached to foam and reassembled into a new composition which is then mounted on rigid foam board or illustration board. Through this process, color, texture, shape, and space take on new relationships, creating visual connections that did not exist in the original work. The resulting pieces balance structure and intuition while reflecting an ongoing exploration of process, emergence, and change.
All prices include applicable sales tax. Works are sold unframed to allow for individual framing preferences. Professional framing can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Custom works can also be created to suit specific color palettes, dimensions, and layout designs.
